Although I’m a little excited, I’m also a bit nervous as I’ve only attended one other webmaster gathering back in 2002 at Internext in Las Vegas and it was an ‘eye opener’ to say the least!

I’m not a prude by any stretch of the imagination and not that I haven’t been round the block once or twice (well, ok…three times!) , and it’s not the meeting of my peers or the networking and deal making that’s daunting, more like those parties!

I mean…what the bloody hell (oh! shit…those cussing words that Americans dislike so much!) do I wear to these events to make a lasting impression? I don’t own a ‘cleavage’ or great bod…so something skimpy is outta the question. I’m not as young as I use to be so gravity (and 2 kids later) I’m looking a ‘tad’ tired…so, what do I have that will make people remember me? ummmmmm…not much really…lol My wonderful sense of humour? nah!!!!!

So, the packing of the suitcase is becoming quite an issue and time is running out! What shoe’s will I take, hand bags, tshirts, jeans…damn jeans! I haven’t worn jeans in months…maybe they wont fit anymore!

Gotta fly…need to go home and try and pour myself into my jeans! Do you think it’s too late to diet?

PHOENIX FORUM SCHEDULE

I know that’s not really the correct technical term (there are a few variations on this from Rich Site Summary to Really Simple Syndication) , but I have never been able to relate to these feeds as ’simple’ in fact…I was feeling quite ’simple’ when I tried (several times) to include them in my blog.

But…I can honestly say that with a bit of online guidance (from someone who shall remain annonomous) I managed to add a new link. And, I’ve finally stopped looking at it with self-satisfaction!

So, if you need an explanation on how to add a link to your blog…hit me up. I promise I spoon feed gently and if you can’t talk to talk…don’t worry…neither can I, but I promise I’ll understand what you’re on about!
